Notice of Rule Alteration Application

The RTBU has made application to Fair Work Australia for alterations to Rules 9, 28, 29, 31, 32, 39, and 79 and the insertion of new Rule 38A of the rules of the Australian Rail Tram and Bus Industry Union.

A notice in accordance with the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Regulation 2009 setting out the particulars of the alteration has been lodged with Fair Work Australia.
