Notice of Rule Alteration Application

The RTBU has made application to Fair Work Australia for alterations to Rules 43 and 71 of the National (General) Rules, and Rules 114, 116, 119, 120, 123 of the Queensland Branch Specific Provisions of the National Rules.

A notice in accordance with the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Regulation 2009 setting out the particulars of the alteration has been lodged with Fair Work Australia.
