Notice of Rule Alteration Application
The RTBU has made application to Fair Work Australia for alterations to Part XIV Victorian Branch
Specific Rules – Rules 153, 154, 156, 159, 161 and 162 of the rules of the Australian Rail Tram and
Bus Industry Union.
A notice in accordance with the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Regulation 2009 setting
out the particulars of the alteration has been lodged with Fair Work Australia.
