Notice of Rule Alteration Application

The RTBU has made application to Fair Work Australia for alterations to Part XV West Australia Branch Specific Rules – Rules 173,177,178,179,180,180 and 182, and the addition of new Rules 183, 184, 185, 186 and 187 of the rules of the Australian Rail, Tram and Bus Industry Union.

A notice in accordance with the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Regulation 2009 setting out the particulars of the alteration has been lodged with Fair Work Australia.
